Plaqunil long term lupus This is my 19th year on plaquenil, I do my yearly check ups and so far my eyes are fine. As far as know the chances of having you eyes severely affected by plaquenil do exist but it's rare. If you go on plaquenil respect your dosage and don't miss your check ups, also inform your doctor of any new symptoms or changes in your vision.

Chloroquine use in transfection. - Tissue and Cell Culture Chloroquine is an inhibitor of the lysosomal degradation of the DNA which is taken up by the cells, so as leelee said, transfection should have been successful, albeit at a slightly lower level than if you would have added the chloroquine. In my normal transfections, I never add chloroquine and get high efficiencies nevertheless.

How long is chloroquine half life when I treat a cell line.
